Hi, I’m Erin Joy Araneta!
I am an environmental chemist, children’s chemistry book author, enthusiastic speaker, content creator, and dedicated volunteer with a profound passion for the community, science education, and the great outdoors. ♡
Thank you for visiting! Amidst the challenges of the pandemic, I embarked on two meaningful endeavors. First, I created “The Adventures of Chemist Clara,” a delightful children’s book series where Clara and young readers embark on exciting scientific journeys that promote diversity, curiosity, and a love for learning. Simultaneously, I founded Theory of Joy, a non-profit dedicated to enriching the lives of indigenous communities that often receive little support. Our mission is to assist students in pursuing their dreams with fewer obstacles in poverty-stricken provincial areas. Through various means such as writing, public speaking, advocacy, and curriculum development, I am committed to helping individuals not only envision what is possible but also recognize their own potential to achieve it.
